The response from Kathy Dent the Sarasota County Supervisor 
of Elections on this potential violation of Florida 
Election laws:

"As the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections I have no 
regulatory authority whatsoever - I cannot enforce laws. 
All I do is conduct the election.

The appropriate venue for filing these complaints would be 
with the Florida Elections Commission. They have 
jurisdiction to investigate and determine violations of 
Chapters 104 and 106 of the Florida Election Code. They can 
be contacted at www.fec.state.fl.us or by 
calling (877)868-3737."

Amazing that a duly elected Florida Constitutional officer 
would say this. I thought Supervisor Dent took an oath of 
office to protect and defend our Constitution and enforce 
election laws. Guess not. Amazing!
